Surabaya, 24 July 2011 – VICTOR Indonesia International Challenge 2011 has reached its final game. Indonesia won 4 titles from 5 competition segments.

VICTOR’s athletes have to leave early from the competition since Hong Ji Hoon and Kim So Young/Ko Ah Ra lose on last Saturday’s semifinal.

Cozy Sudirman Badminton Hall on sunny Saturday was filled with badminton lovers from Surabaya and its surroundings to watch their favorite badminton players. After 2 hours of wait, Hong Ji Hoon entered the court with lots of nerves. Tommy Sugiarto, Indonesian first seed start the game with immense calm in the middle of spectators shout and clap. Tommy that leads the flow of the game won the first set on 21-13. Hong starts to show his capability by sending long loops and power smash on early second set. Confused a little while, Tommy learned the games quickly and re-chases his points to 21-19.

Indonesian badminton lovers return to Sudirman Badminton Hall to watch their favorites playing on final.
