Following the Thomas and Uber Cup 2022, where VICTOR served as the Official Equipment Partner of the BWF Team Championships, the BWF World Tour Super 500 Thailand Open was the next to take place. Team VICTOR came away with victory in Bangkok this year, with two top singles players Tai Tzu Ying and Lee Zii Jia clinching titles after close battles.

Tai Tzu Ying advanced into the finals after defeating He Bing Jiao and Ratchanok Intanon respectively in the quarterfinals and semifinals, setting up a final showdown between her and Chen Yu Fei of China. Sealing the win at 21-15, 17-21, 21-12, Tai successfully took revenge on Chen Yu Fei in a repeat of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games final and picked up her first championship this season!

Malaysian ace Lee Zii Jia, who just won the Badminton Asia Championships singles title, also made his way to the finals where he faced Li Shi Feng of China. Although losing the first game, Lee pulled back the last two games and scored a comeback win at 17-21, 21-11, 23-21, lifting the back-to-back titles in May!
